After hours and hours of playing, I conquered all strongholds and territories but I didn’t get the final 10 pack/3500 stub reward. It says 386/386 but isn’t shown as completed. Submitted a ticket a while back but no response. Any advice or others in this situation?

Did you steal all the required fans?

Someone helped me out and I feel dumb but happy I figured it out, thanks though!

Yup! All the goals say completed except the very last one that requires you to conquer all territories which says 386/386 but not completed

Check above the seattle stronghold. There is one hexagon that is extremely hard to see and easily missed
