Last couple days we have not been getting gameplay xp. We are getting some xp from moments and collections but nothing from gameplay. Any ideas on how to fix?

For a few days now we are not progressing in the Sizzling Summer Program XP, playing 9inning games with Topps Now pitchers and June Monthly Award winners. Also not getting March to October XP towards program. We have xp from moments and conquests but nothing else. Any way to fix? Any Ideas?
