NO XP for 9inning vs CPU

For a few days now we are not progressing in the Sizzling Summer Program XP, playing 9inning games with Topps Now pitchers and June Monthly Award winners. Also not getting March to October XP towards program. We have xp from moments and conquests but nothing else. Any way to fix? Any Ideas?

I have been getting mine. Others have said that if you play homerun derby, it messes with xp earned. The fix is to reinstall the game.

I had that happen for one game yesterday (my first game). I didn't get any XP for it. All the other games I played yesterday received XP. I have no idea what happened with that one game. I submitted a ticket, and they said they were aware of the problem and that uninstalling-reinstalling the game may fix it. Since it was only one game, I didn't do it, but it sounds like it might be something you would want to try.

I haven't played the Home Run Derby yet. Will it mess with the XP still? Really don't want to uninstall and reinstall.
