I haven't used Cobb though, he looks like a really good card but I don't really have the desire to use him over other guys. The only reason to use Cobb over Walker would be speed, but Larry still has around 80 speed and is far superior in the field.

Still working on Trout (need 4 postseason cards), but once I pick him up Walker is going to the bench. Mantle and Trout are definitely better thank Walker, and I'm planning to keep Ted Williams in LF until Griffey because he's the best hitter in the game IMO. I like Larry, but at times it feels like he has a noodle bat for me. I'd much rather rock with Mantle, Trout, and Williams/Griffey.

I got lucky and pulled him in my first headliner pack. He’s an absolute beast. I have Trout so I wasn’t planning to buy him off the market, but I really wanted to try him and I got lucky enough to pull him. He’s essentially a slightly better Trout. Absolutely takes with good speed and way better stealing than Trout. You should try him out.

DaddyLeagues.com does a good job estimating the costs of collections. You pulled the 2 most expensive cards by far, so I'd go for it if I were in your position. Most of the remaining diamonds you need are under 25k, Verlander and Lindor are the only ones left over 40k I think. If you want the Biggio and Mantle down the line, go for it.

Props to SDS for listening to the community about the last flash sale. I was one of the people that wasted a few hours trying to get packs without any luck. Seems that they listened and fixed things, unless the packs aren’t worthwhile

This happened to me while I was in ALCS with the Angels. I was close to getting the Ohtani FotF, but this lovely message came up so I got annoyed and just did the rival exchange to get him. Ended up wasting about 30k because of this bug, not sure I'll bother with MtO again. Game mode isn't much fun, it's just a way to earn team affinity points without spending stubs (assuming this bug doesn't come into play). Needs to be fixed, if SDS is going to put so much effort into this game mode, they should at least make sure it works so players don't waste their time.

I’m sitting at 220k stubs and am looking for some advice on completing the NL collections. I’m not interested in completing the AL right now, but I really want the Sheffield. I’ve still got a decent amount of teams to finish, but really I just need to get a few of the expensive cards before I can run through and fill out the rest of the teams. I’ve got the Dodgers done, so really the only expensive cards left are Arenado, Yelich, DeGrom, and Scherzer. Does anyone have tips on how to complete these collections without just running through stubs on the market?

You can disable songs from being played. Or you can upload your own songs into the game, which makes it fun if you want walk-up songs, stadium sounds, etc. I personally just play Spotify through my PS4 and listen to what I want. Not sure why the Grouplove song and Virgil Discount are the first 2 that I hear every time I start the game, but there are ways to avoid that annoyance.
