I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. I'm a franchise guy through and through...I'm also only about doing things the right way for a long time. It has to be as realistic as possible for me to get to the full level of satisfaction I've experienced when playing Madden back in the day. Are you PS5 or Xbox? Whats your gamer tag? If you allow for your rosters and franchise details to be downloaded...I'd like to do that for my next round of Franchise. I just started a White Sox franchise that I'm committed to for the foreseeable future. At least 3 seasons. My 7 year old chose them for my Show 26 rebuild/build. We had a solid spring training and the season thus far is not too bad. Sliders were adjusted for full immersion and I downloaded a roster into the universe that I thought would be realistic. It is but I should have just gone with the current MLB Show roster update. I say that because I really am trusting someone I don't know. I based the download on ratings and # of downloads. Regardless...its a solo offline/online franchise. It will serve as my primary build.

Will all of you keep playing prior MLB The Show titles? To quell the urge of not buying the latest and greatest.

P.S. this is also about money...lets get real...CEOs and other C-suites think they are smart by not giving us everything we want immediately because then there is no new details about next year's title that they can market. This to me is where someone up top needs to step up and be more challenging to the developers to give us their all and worry about next year when it comes.

I never ever debated anyone on the game needing improvements. As a matter of fact, if you reread what I wrote, you will see that I too made suggestions on how the game could be better. Selfishly I want everything you guys want, I want, and then some. Its just not realistic to expect when folks likely don't get paid enough money or maybe enough gratitude and respect to want to improve the game further. Why hasnt any other group of folks made it clear that they want eventual rights to MLB because they know they can make a better game? I'm sure there are politics involved there and I also wouldn't be surprised if there are no development companies that can generate a better game than MLB The Show. Look...I'm an offline franchise guy so you know my struggles are real with that mode and getting it to be the best it has ever been. In this day of A.I., there should be many ways to give us what we want.

Why have they been so clear about it? Idc if they got rid of it and brought it back. It's smart they brought it back and should double down. Do they have that many limitations with software and technology?

Everyone...respectfully, you don't know what you really have until it is gone. Be grateful...The Show, Madden, and 2K have all managed to hold our attention for many years now in all 3 major sports...basketball, baseball, and football.

No disrespect but all of you sound like your whining. Are you all video game developers? What would you actually do to make the game better? If there is anything SDS can be blamed for is being semi-tone deaf. They've definitely upped their game with the amount of content being updated to the game consistently. Where they struggle is listening to the communities out there who dislike the game right now due to lack of detailed graphics for player likeness, flat commentary that comes across as repetitive. Madden updates their commentary i believe throughout the season or they should. I'm a Franchise guy for life and I like the changes made to the mode. For franchise, I'd like to see weather delays lead to cancellations and makeup dates or double-headers, a fake radio show like Madden did back in the day, and storylines to include the spring training experience that occurred right before the start of the season. Lastly...I have to say...as someone who has never really played Diamond Dynasty (DD) until 2026, I love the mode. I'm a collector at heart and I literally sell collectibles on Whatnot. I do think DD should allow Franchise to count for more xp and mission completion as we try to grind out everything the game has to offer. Thank you for listening. Nothing but love.

Has there been any discussion regarding weather delays leading to game cancellations that would then lead to next day double-headers? That would be a fun element to work with as you try to manage fatigue and a bullpen.

Not sure if thats possible but I think it would be a great addition to Franchise and something you can likely tie into Franchise storylines.
