I mean... this is just insanity at this point. I really try to give SDS the benefit of the doubt, but this year has been tough. I have been flipping a little this year, I have 2m in stubs, but between the Cardinals, Egg Hunt Mookie, Postseason Stanton, etc., I wouldn't have enough.

I'm still a few collections short of getting Beltran. I normally don't complete the big collections right away, but I can usually see a "path" to get there. This year, not so much. If they just let these cards stay in the stratosphere, I'd say they either don't care or they're not paying attention.

I mean... SDS saw that the St. Pat's Trout card went ballistic, and they threw him in the Weekend Classic. His price tanked.

Now, if they release a Shark Map with Mookie as the completion reward... I can let bygones be bygones.

I'm not good enough to have a "meta" team. I hang out down in the 500's range. So, I rotate players all the time to knock out missions while earning points towards the Multiplayer path.

Right now, I have Milestone Honus batting leadoff to work towards P5. I haven't played anyone using him in that spot (or any spot for that matter). HONUS FOREVER!

I think I was in the same spot last year. This year, I'm multiple 300k+ stub cards away from Beltran. I do have 2.5m stubs, but I'm sitting on my hands until the market sells off. Maybe it won't. Since I started DD in 2020, I can't remember this many expensive cards this late in the cycle. Then again, I'm old and don't remember much. GET OFF MY LAWN.

I'm at the same point. I grinded the new MP path and made it to Honus (my holy grail every year) and... I don't feel like playing right now. I'm close to the Beltran collection, but I'm not spending 300,000 plus on the individual cards I need. Frustrating.

I would have bought some of these Chase cards to flip, but they all seemed to have increased in price. Ugh.

In the spirit of brotherhood, I bought the 5 Chase packs. I only bought ones with potential Cardinals in them.

I thought maybe you were exaggerating, but here's my experience this week:

1. When the new Multiplayer season opened on Tuesday, I played some Ranked. I am a casual, and started the season at 450. 3 out of my first 4 games I matched up against WS logos. Two games later, a "1000" logo.

2. When the new Event opened yesterday, 3 of my first 5 games were against 1000 logos. I did win one of those games though, so maybe I'm way better than I thought I was. Nah, that can't be it.

I know this is all anecdotal information, but it certainly seems harder to find players that I'm "even" with skill-wise.

I was sitting on 2.25m stubs, so I bought the 5 Chase packs. I haven't opened them yet.

Remember... Never buy packs.

I just logged in and I'm back in an RS game. Weird.

I'd stream my game on Twitch, but no one wants to see that.

I'll drive to southern CA and unplug the server and plug it back in. That's obviously the problem.

I was in about an hour ago (Xbox) playing RS. The app and the website are slowwwwwwwww....

Working, but very slow for me this morning.

I have so many "strange" cards that I cycle through on my ranked team. For example, I love the AS Bazzana and Vargas cards. I don't know why, but I'm hitting great with them. I think I'm number 400-ish to P5 with Bazzana of 1,500 or so, so not many people are using him.

Ah, who cares. I only care about that sweet, sweet Honus Milestone card. Although... to be honest... is a "Batting Title" a "Milestone"? Maybe should have been an "Awards" card.
