Bro, he's in the top 10 sprint speed! Explain to me 46 speed?
Typically, they nerf the speed of these cards since it's intended to be a "HRD" (power focused) card.
That said... I still don't understand why the contact and vision are nerfed compared to the last several seasons' HRD cards.
