I went from playing on a 70 inch tv to a 27 inch or so monitor (cheap all in one pc) and I went never going World Series to getting World Series almost ranked seasons. Record 180-70. I am 40 years old and no spring chicken. That’s how big difference there is.

I play on a average all-in-one PC and it is infinitely better than any large TV I have ever played on. Hitting hasn't gotten harder. If anything Ive been seeing average like records being able to smash the ball on Events or BR.

I saw this happen a lot, but earlier in the year.
I got scared because I thought they had Omicron, and it would seep through my monitor and infect me. Because of this, I wore my covid mask at all times when playing 🤪

I don’t bunt very often either, but I’ve found a few things that have helped. One thing is to select the pitch that you’re going to bunt with as much (if not more) attention as you would when you’re trying to rip it out of the park. When I look back at the better part of my failed attempts it seems like 90% or better of them were due to simply bunting the first thing I saw instead of selecting a good breaking pitch or off speed, which makes it easier to deaden the ball as opposed to a screaming heater that ends up foul clear up to the dugout entrance lol

Another thing I’ve noticed for myself is that my bunting success goes up tremendously when I wait until the very last second to hit triangle (ps5) and execute my bunt. I also only use a couple of guys to bunt like Dee Strange Gordon this year and Lou Brock last year so I know I’ve sold myself short by not trying this with other players….which is partly why I’m a bit excited to give this Showdown bunting technique thing a try - to use the entire experience to attempt to hone my bunting skills while simultaneously using the opportunity to find some more great bunters to try

I've been playing the game since the first week it came out, anywhere from 2-4 hours a day. Every single Dynamic Duo pack I've pulled has given me nothing but average cards, none of the special ones. They should either give better cards in the packs or find quicker ways to earn more stubs. Making people pay actual money to get the cards is a non-starter for me.

Learn to invest and you’ll find yourself being able to make good stub capital to help with these tasks

Wow. Really? That's... so stupid I don't even know where to begin. I guess it's from the same brains that thought throwing Japanese monsters into a baseball game made a lot of sense. Yuck.

Pretty sure it's easier to go 12-0 or make WS than it is to get.the 100pts. Also, someone can go 12-0 multiple times, each BR Program, and get a Flawless pack each time. Once I hit 100pts, unless I can go Flawless, I don't get anymore packs. There is the incentive for people to go 12-0. More Flawless packs.

First, if you want to sway people to your side of the argument, you shouldn't say silly things; it clearly is not easier to win 12 straight games in BR or to make 900 in RS than it is to simply plug away in losing efforts until you have played long enough to earn the points. How many times have you done either of those "easier" things?

As to whether or not you've earned the rewards you've received, you have. Grinding, while not particularly difficult, requires a significant investment of time and doing so means you've earned what you've grinded (ground?) for... unfortunately, you've chosen to do that for a non-sellable item if that's the route you've gone.

You didn't earn a sellable version, and to do so, you need to do the harder thing because that's what the people holding the rewards have decided. The intent of the program was to remove the paywall to allow you to also use those cards if they're cards that you would like to use, so maybe instead of complaining that you can't make stubs off of them, be grateful for the gesture that allowed you to play with them at all without having to shell out exorbitant amounts of stubs for them.

This is much better than how it used to be.

They still haven’t fixes the loligagging around on infield weak hits and DP urgency. The animations on those have been bad since forever.

I had the issue earlier and it corrected itself within the hour. I close out the game and restart it, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
