@Victor_SDS theres no way it can take this long. "will update when we can" just shows you simply dont care. we spent money on this product. for gods sake take it off the switch store so people can stop getting scammed by your terrible, malfunctioning, disgusting software. do better.

From my show account, I get an "invalid user token"
When I use the switch account I get a quick page that is now working then "There is an issue connecting your account to the MLB servers, please make sure you have played the game first before trying again."These are the exact same errors I have gotten as well.
Same here. I have been having this issue for the past few days and it is hard to understand why. I have tried in multiple browsers and yet there is no change.

Hello. I keep getting error messages when trying to check my inventory on theshow.com. I play on Nintendo Switch and whenever I try to open the inventory when signed in to my Nintendo Account (I have my show and Nintendo accounts linked) I get this error:
An error occurred!
There was an issue connecting your account to the MLB Servers. Please make sure you have played the game first before trying again.
For Nintendo Switch users, please link to an MLB The Show Account first before using your Nintendo Switch account here.Again, my accounts are linked, so this confused me. I searched for a link to an inventory or community market and found this one from 2021: https://mlb21.theshow.com/community_market
However, when I switch to 22 or 23 I get this error message:
An error occurred!
Access is denied due to invalid user token.Please login with your console platform account here.
When I log in with my Nintendo account though, I get the same error that I got the first time.
I eventually went to this link: https://mlb23.theshow.com/community_market and I end up getting the same error that I got the first time again.
I am so confused and I just want to look at my inventory on a bigger screen than my phone. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it!
