I get that it’s a little crazy with everyone expecting a Retro Finest even of players that have one already; however, I don’t think Konerko should represent the best hitting White Sox first baseman. Bring on the Big Hurt.

Absolutely not. I would throw this game in the trash if they did this. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a pack where it had Chris Singleton's OF card with 125 contact and power for the rare round and a Jon Sciambi with 99 fielding or some [censored] for the base round.
This game is so dumb.

He was a White Sox that hit for the cycle. Cavan Biggio has one and Dan Plesac had a veteran card.

Helton is 100% on point.

I loved his 99 last year. The Mays 99 was awesome as well.
I'll definitely pick Hank down the road.

depends on how often you play... I don't play as much on PS5 as I did on PS4 (and I got a late start on PS4 since I didn't resume my internet service until June)... I usually atleast make it to the bosses and get a few of the extra packs but MLB The Show is third in my rotation behind NBA 2K23 and Madden NFL 23 now but when March comes MLB The Show 23 will be back in that number one spot.

I think ultimately if you are soley focused on MLB The Show (or any game for that matter) you should be able to get the Featured Program completed 100% sooner rather than later.

Yes, I am just curious as to why the calendar mentions it. I don’t know if they would release higher versions, maybe they will just supercharge them for a bit? I have no idea.

Tbh I think perfects are a bit mislabeled, because you can get a perfect and only have 80% which then makes it confusing why it misses when it says perfect. Make it harder to get a perfect, but always make it go in the par imo.

Also saying they are "useless" is an absolute statement that is easy to disprove, as they generally do provide the area where the ball goes the majority of the time

I mean yeah, I went the absolutist route with "useless" cause I was kinda mad at the time but ik what you're saying is true, what I meant is I was throwing mostly 95-100% perfects, with the other parts of the pinpoint being almost perfect too att and my guy was throwing pure balls

Im missing four cards. Two are extreme. I havent seen grass in 5 months. I have 2m stubs. and another 2 in investments. Am I good? MLB the show wise....

It’s not tough. There is nothing Extreme about it, They’ve given you 16 different ways to finish it, if they wanted it to be extreme they could’ve made you finish everything. All the moments, showdown, conquest and P5 Wood and even that’s not all that

So that makes it dumb???? Maybe not as extreme as some people would like.

But most people on here complain that it’s dumb or stupid are the ones that struggled.

I haven’t done it. I’ve gotten up to Chapman. I’m okay with that.

I never said it was dumb, I merely stated it wasn’t extreme. Now they basically just give cards away, which is fine because I’d never have any WS rewards but if they didn’t that would be fine too

Yeah, + when you alr built up some stubs it's ez as hell to rack up 40k at least per 30min, one of my favourite things about the mode

Something is going on with Logo's right now, I created a new account, and while I can upload/customize any new logos from the vault, it WILL NOT save them at all. Must be something with that last patch : (
