Hello -- I have not been able to access any of the online features of this game (Diamond Dynasty is my main mode) since the last live roster update (6/18). I have tried the following:

1. Restarting my xbox series x
2. Playing RTTS for a little bit and then trying to access DD
3. Switching from wifi to wired
4. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
5. Playing other multiplayer games. All worked just fine.

I am at the point where I really do not know what to do anymore. It is getting really annoying considering I have tried submitting a ticket to SDS (I think?) but have yet to receive a response. I just want to play Diamond Dynasty and I am missing out on the daily moments and other events.

Playing on xbox series x. I normally play on wifi and the previous roster updates went through just fine. This past update keeps failing and has been failing since it updated on Friday. I cannot access DD or any online features because of this. I've even tried switching to wired to download but it still fails. Any suggestions?
