HELP NEEDED: Live Roster Failing to Download

Hello -- I have not been able to access any of the online features of this game (Diamond Dynasty is my main mode) since the last live roster update (6/18). I have tried the following:
- Restarting my xbox series x
- Playing RTTS for a little bit and then trying to access DD
- Switching from wifi to wired
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- Playing other multiplayer games. All worked just fine.
I am at the point where I really do not know what to do anymore. It is getting really annoying considering I have tried submitting a ticket to SDS (I think?) but have yet to receive a response. I just want to play Diamond Dynasty and I am missing out on the daily moments and other events.

did you download the live roster update from the vault?

I just uploaded a live roster file to the vault, hope that works for you!

sorry, it posted several times? I kept getting a server exception error and continued to upload and it somehow added several files?
