Any chance any how if you could inform the franchise team when you guys release a new patch specifically for franchise for the new scan faces can just be implemented into your current franchise so that we don’t have to restart all over again. Franchise is very time consuming.
I know for roster updates you have to restart all over again which is understandable but newly scan updates really really need that implemented into current franchise

Ditto. I've had it happen multiple times. Wrote several big reports to no avail. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried with internet disabled. Nothing. Nothing. And, nothing. Why should SDS care anyway? They've got our money now. Too busy making themselves as playable characters in the game to give a [censored]. Maybe a class action suit for defrauding the consumer should be in order.
My buddy who is studying law literally said this the other day to me about this crashing going on and them not taking any accountability or at least acknowledging it on Twitter at least to say you know we’re looking into it and will get resolved soon. He said it’s defrauding. For example look what happened to cyberpunk. MLB has been out 2 months ONLY it’s unplayable in ANY MODE at the moment. He said they would have to have a good amount of complaints regarding the same thing and then they would have to fix it because somebody could take a step further.
Another example he said when cars get recalled how does it happen ? Because numerous amount of people complain about the same exact thing of the vehicle having issues and then the the NHTSA investigates it and then sees there is a issue with the vehicle then gets recalled. Same thing here I’m not sure who investigates gaming companies if it becomes an issue but yeah he said at this point so far it’s a defective game.

Being honest so far playing options explorer game feels slightly smoother could be better but other than that it’s a copy and paste of 21 with just a new scoreboard other than that it’s the same game , same graphics the grass could look better the dirt could look better. The pitching feels the same the hitting feels the same. I did notice feel people have a new batting stance. J.D Martinez did and few others that I noticed. I’m not trying to bash the game but I’m just being honest here I know it’s not the “final” product but I’m sure what we are seeing here will be the same when the game comes out I highly doubt they’ll change anything.
Tell Ramone or hopefully you’re reading this fix franchise mode stop playing around
What’s going on with the crashing ? I’m currently on vacation so I haven’t been on…. I’m really hoping when playing franchise mode you get to the 7th or sometimes 8th inning and the game crashes and you have to start the game all over again because this was happening last year as well I’m really hoping that’s not happening

I just made a new post whoever is experiencing crashing to send a bug today so that we can get their attention and fix it asap instead of later
I know franchise mode was not on the feature calendar list which makes me disappointed but does anybody at least think if they’re going to touch anything I mean absolutely anything on franchise mode ? Or is it just literally going to be a copy and paste ?
I just happened to come across a YouTube video “Evolution of MLB games (1996-2023)” I kid you not people the graphics that I saw of MLB the show 16 to current the show 23 it was literally not much different I cannot believe this company has been getting away with this for so long lol it’s mind blowing

If you're mainly a franchise guy, there's no reason to buy a new game at this point because SDS isn't offering anything new. You shouldn't have to pay full price for a new playoff schedule, or removal of the shift. That should just be a patch.
I am a franchise guy and I totally agree with you 100% with what you said. But I can definitely say they're are new things coming to franchise it’s confirmed on their game description. How I found this out is on the PlayStation store you go and choose what version of the game you want and scroll all the way down on description of the game and I will quote this from exactly what it says “ FRANCHISE
Manage, build, and lead your team to World Series glory to become an annual powerhouse in Franchise Mode. Experience new features providing more in-depth and dynamic gameplay from March to October”
So that caught my attention it said NEW FEATURES MORE IN-DEPTH is what really really caught my eye. Also seems like combining something from March to October into franchise mode really curious to see what that is about. These last 2 features premiers definitely one of them has to be about franchise I’m like 99% sure it will be after seeing this.

Regarding the players and uniforms they look better, but some of the faces don't really look that great. The scoreboard player photos look very "PS2".
If you look at the pine trees in the Colorado hitting background during the between innings shot it looks like something someone copied and pasted from an 90's photoshop. The stadiums look good, but on some outfield "grass cut patterns" I can see the line where the grass inserted image ends and where the line for the next inserted image begins. Sorry I lack the terminology to properly describe this or look at the flower bed in the Yankee Stadium monument area and it also looks really weak.
But the worst of them all, and the only ones that truly bother me is when you get a close up of a player in the on deck circle or between innings, the fans look like something out of Tomb Raider 1.
Again, The game does look overall better than when i played many moons ago, but even for a PS4 it does not "wow" me either. Then again, I am just glad to have a console and am playing again.
100% agree with you this is what I was trying to say by my post I don’t know why those few dudes up there in the comments saying I was blind lol
Every other game I play in 7-8th inning it crashes and I get the error code CE-108255-1. This is the same crashing that happened often in mlb the show 23 or 24 it happened few weeks until you guys fixed it. Please fix the crashing in the next patch

It’s very concerning that they still haven’t at least acknowledged on Twitter about the crashing I mean this same thing happened in 22 and I did and I’m sure other people did as well send in emails and proof of the crashing and the error code that I got and they did fix it couple weeks after so hopefully that happens here as well. I mean it’s got to right ? I seen on Twitter about the tournament happening soon can’t have a tournament with a game crashing right that would be embarrassing lol….. I mean this is every game mode in the game crashing that’s just crazy after 2 month release
