Right so it seems right now there is nothing else I can do other than wait for someone at SDS to resolve my issue, I've raised a support ticket but i think currently i've only gotten back a generic response.

So I've got saved data from playing on both my Xbox Series S and Nintendo Switch, I recently got a PS5 and purchased the game there also and obviously I want to carry over my progress. The problem is I can't log into my the show account (I resetted the password and I still can't log in for some reason) i can either log into my microsoft or switch account but I can't link to PSN from those it says i have to be logged into my the show account.

I did not have any issues creating a new the show account though, so my question is if I unlink my xbox account from my previous account and link it to a new account so I can also link my PSN, would my DD data be preserved?
