Got lucky for once got rare with the first two packs then base the last 3

I grabbed the wrong 42 series guy, now I’m doubled up on Tim Anderson and can’t complete the 42 series. Where do I submit a ticket? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you can only do it with cards you have?
