Same. I just reinstalled the app. I can login using PS5 credentials without issues, my accounts the show and PS5 show that they're linked but I can't log in using my show account without getting that error nor can I reset my password successfully . Guess we'll have to wait for someone to see is Bob in the water over here before we can move forward

I am on PS5 and I am unable to login to my account either. I have tried going through the reset password option, I receive the restkey and when I click reset Either nothing happens or I get a login error.

Are you getting a login error as well?
