Help logging in to the show.com account please!!

I cannot get logged into my show.com account to link my account to save my life. I’ve changed my password a hundred times and still can’t get in. I keep getting the red bar error logging in message. I’ve tried logging in on other browsers also and still nothing. Anyone have any advice here??

I am on PS5 and I am unable to login to my account either. I have tried going through the reset password option, I receive the restkey and when I click reset Either nothing happens or I get a login error.
Are you getting a login error as well?

Yep every time. I get the reset key go through everything to reset my password then I get the error logging in message again after I’ve reset the password and tried to login again

Same. I just reinstalled the app. I can login using PS5 credentials without issues, my accounts the show and PS5 show that they're linked but I can't log in using my show account without getting that error nor can I reset my password successfully
. Guess we'll have to wait for someone to see is Bob in the water over here before we can move forward

Ya I submitted a ticket to sds but we will see what happens there
