As for how he plays? he's ok, lots of free cards are much better (Unless you love him as a player and have to have him on your team).

They are doing JD Martinez dirty. Down to a silver hitting .292 with 21 bombs. He had an off year in 2020 but everyone did.

He got downgraded in
Contact vs L
Power vs L
Power vs R
Disc

9 of his 21 bombs came in the first month. In the last 3 weeks (19) games he has hit 1 HR. I would say that is why you saw his power numbers dip.

His biggest decrease was Contact vs lefties but I can't find a quick or easy way to see his splits for a specific period of time, only the season.

Still to early to downgrade him, they say it goes off a 3 year down and do stuff like this on a whim.

while i like baez, this was a little over dramatic..

It's not the drama of the sacrifice fly that won the game (likely counted as a double..didn't check the box-score). It's the human drama, the pure emotion of personal competition between Baez and Garrett.

It's the one "moment" I'll always remember about this season. Regardless of where the Cubs finish, whether Baez sticks around or anything else. It was a human moment that occasionally exists between the lines but is pretty rare.

Baez won that battle in the war. Kicked Garrett's azz in front of 100's of thousands. LOVED IT!!

right now? absolutely, especially for corner OF. i'm sure mays/mantle etc will be better than him whenever they drop, but he's the best corner outfielder in the game right now and 70 speed+diamond defense is good enough to get the job done

I'm sadly at only 1 win. I haven't been playing this event that much so I need to pick it up.

I can get about 4 an hour. You still have time. Alot of quits in the first inning if you go up by enough runs.

I play about 1-2 hours a day so I'm hoping for 8+ today. I also just picked up Jasson so excited to parallel him.

Nice! Also man, some people frown upon it, but if your matched with a guy years ahead of you or you are off to a bad start just quit. The guy you quit against certainly won't mind, and you can't afford to waste time watching them smash you lol.

I will quit during event games if I'm down by a lot or he's really good. I won't quit in ranked or BR though.

I was off to a food start with him for the first 30 or so at bats since he's dropped to around a 270 average. But still I don't plan on taking him out until they release a 99 biggio

I just changed my CAP to Rawhide for 2B primary (vs. Hawk) so Story can play SS. But as others said Story can play 2B just fine too.

I am using Sizemore at LF (Trout at Cf and Shawn Greene at RF) planning on getting justice to replace Sizemore. Hoping he hits like Greene.

we aren't getting another alomar... he is banned to the shadow realms because he might have done something that we have no idea if he done but since a company fired him then he must of done it.....

anyways siemen is better vs righties and he has diamond defense. Lefty pitchers are the meta right now anyways.

Not sure if this was an attempted commentary on "cancel culture" but Alomar is not a good guy. His first wife divorced him, citing aggression, in 2011. The accusation of misconduct was that it happened in 2014, coinciding with the birth of his first daughter with his wife he had married in 2012. And the girl was 18, him being 46 at the time. The woman reported it to another team employee, a friend of Alomar's, who failed to report the incident to HR and tried to sweep it under the rug. He was fired a year later, presumably during an annual review wherein it came up. Cancel culture isn't real; Roberto Alomar not being a good person is real.

Again show the evidence. Yes cooperations will fire a guy if he is bringing them bad press. Happens all the time. Alomar isn't the jays most beloved player either. It's arguable if he is even best known for the jays. He literally only played there for five years. Heck mcgriff is more beloved than alomar. Everything you guys are saying is what cancel culture is.

The 5 years is his longest tenure with a team, was an allstar and won the gold glove all 5 years, two championships, one of which he was ALCS MVP, one silver slugger award and went into Cooperstown as a Jay.

I almost have him parallel three he is an absolute monster. His Fielding is not great but he is viable and his swing is nice.

I’m nearly maxed out thru RTTS so you can expect to see Contact over 110, Power over 120, Vision over 100, Diamond Fielding and if you use a Diamond Speed perk then speed around 95. Bananas....
