Hey can anyone help me understand why on my franchise Tyler Fitzgerald still doesn’t have his updated face scan but Verlander does? I did not edit his face before the update. It just seems like it didn’t transfer over?

Will they input the players pictures on the Jumbotron for my franchise it still is the player model on the Jumbotron and not the actual picture?

With the new updates I’ve been having some players in my franchise receive the new facescans but some are still the generic faces. I can see when I’m outside franchise mode the faces are new but in franchise mode it’s the same generic face. Any help?
