Update 12 (Fitzgerald Face scan) question

Hey can anyone help me understand why on my franchise Tyler Fitzgerald still doesn’t have his updated face scan but Verlander does? I did not edit his face before the update. It just seems like it didn’t transfer over?

He was an editable face before so it doesn’t transfer over. You’d have to restart your franchise with the new live roster. People who are already scanned in will automatically update.
