My PSN and Xbox accounts are linked to a show account. Whenever I try to reset my password I receive an email with a supposed reset code however, no code is actually on the email.
The reset password system is broken.

@Victor_SDS_PSN Unfortunately both my XBL and PSN accounts remain linked to one another. All my pre-order content from the Jackie Robinson Edition is still missing.

I’m in the same unfortunate boat. Hopefully @Victor_SDS_PSN and the team can provide some update.
I believe once the linking maintenance is done, we'll see the Unlink button back on the account with the Xbox and PS updated. Once we are able to unlink, we can relink to the account that has our proper progress and it should resolve this, but in game there is still no option to Unlink anywhere...
I think it’s done? I see my MLBTS account and it has prompts to link. I just can’t unlink my PSN/XBL stuff still
I see the same thing, but the Unlink button doesn't even appear for me in game or on the site. I'm thinking further maintenance is needed or that specific part of the issue isn't resolved. I sent another ticket.
Are you logged in on your Show account?
I have the same issue. When I log into my MLBTS account, nothing is linked. When I log into my XBL or PSN credentials, they’re still linked together with no option to unlink. Screen shot linked below.
This is exactly what I see on my side as well.
@Victor_SDS_PSN I’m experiencing the same. My Microsoft account shows I redeemed the Jackie Robinson bundle. But the preorder/bundle content does not show in my diamond dynasty . Still erased.

Really? @gigemaggs99_MLBTS What made the difference? I get that same select data option (local or servers) however, my items do not reappear.

Hey all. Apologies for the inconvenience with the linking system. Our engineers has been keeping an eye on this thread specifically, so thank you all for the reports and the details while we take a deeper look into things.
I know some have already tried this, but in case you're reading and haven't, try unlinking your account:
Option 1 via website:
Step 1 – Open a browser and go to theshow.com
Step 2 – Click on “My Account” in the top right of web browser
Step 3 – Click on The Show Icon to sign in to your MLB The Show Account
Step 4 – Click the “Unlink” button next to the platform you wish to unlink, then confirm your choice in the popup dialog
Step 5 – Your platform account will now be unlinked from your MLB The Show account. If you are currently logged into the account in-game, you will be kicked offline and returned to the “Press Any Button” screen.Option 2 via in-game:
Step 1 – In-game, access the Ballplayer menu in the top left corner of the front end menus
Step 2 – Press R1/RB to view the My Profile Tab
Step 3 – Select the Unlink Account tile
Step 4 – Confirm your choice

Victor (@Victor_SDS_PSN), thanks for replying. Brother, this does not work when trying to unlink my PSN account. I linked my new Xbox account with my Sony (in order to receive my loyalty awards). When I unlinked my Xbox account from the Sony one, I LOST EVERYTHING. I purchased the Jackie Robinson Edition and all my entitlements (aily doubles, 42 pack, stubs, etc) is gone. Many of us have had our pre-order content that we paid for erased.
Can't you all manually add this content back for us? Your support team constantly directs me (along with many on this forum to Microsoft). After five conversations with Microsoft they have assured me this is an issue on your team's end. I have an email from Microsoft stating this. Please refer to ticket # 57737, 51501. I have replied to all these tickets with proof and images of my purchase and conversations with Microsoft.
We are trying to be patient, but the game seems unplayable when content is erasing.

I received the same reply from Joseph last night. I attached an email from Microsoft, essentially stating this is an SDS issue. Microsoft said because the pre-order content contains in game currency and shop items, they cannot add these items to the game.
SDS, can you all just replace the items manually back into our accounts? WE CANNOT UNLINK OUR PSN ACCOUNTS FROM OUR XBOX ACCOUNT. The linking process has a glitch. I believe the easiest thing is to just replace the items on each of our respective accounts. We all paid for this. @Victor_SDS_PSN @Collin_SDS_PSN @Pat_SDS_MLBTS
@kyllin_MLBTS Its definitely an SDS thing, not Sony or Microsoft. Microsoft and I have spoken over 5 times. This whole linking system is broken. Keep us updated @kyllin_MLBTS if you find a solution.
@gigemaggs99_MLBTS @gigemaggs99_XBL Keep us updated man. Same here. I am trying to talk to SDS but they're not being very helpful. Lets keep pushing to get our content back. Update this thread if you find a solution. My PSN account puts me on an endless loop too. I regret linking it, I did it for my loyalty reward, it just messed everything up, and I lost ALL my Xbox preorder bonuses. Now I am even afraid to play because I wonder if I will just lose everything if I unlink my PSN from my Xbox account.

Many of us are experiencing this issue. The linking of our PSN and Xbox accounts has WIPED/ERASED all of our progress and pre-order bonuses (daily doubles, 42 packs, stubs etc.)
Can you please provide a solution or at least an ETA of a fix. I have been talking to your support team via email and all their troubleshooting steps have not worked (Chuck has not been helpful, Joseph has tried but un-linking the account doesn't work; especially since the PSN account just does not un-link).
Microsoft has referred me FOUR TIMES to you all. PLEASE respond to this thread. MANY OF US ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.

Wow @Victor_SDS_PSN can y’all please address us who preordered and never received our content? And those whose content disappeared.
I had a similar issue. Redeemed my preorder content and after linking account lost it all. Your trouble shooting step of “unlinking” did not restore the preorder content and Microsoft keeps saying to contact you all. I’ve spoken to them 4 times since Friday (it’s Tuesday now). No reply, no solution.
@Victor_SDS_PSN brother. Please reply to us Xbox folks. We have been ignored regarding the missing preorder content.
I received an email form Chuck who offered a solution that didn’t work. Cant the content just be placed on to our accounts. MICROSOFT IS DIRECTING US TO YOU. I’ve had 3 conversations with Microsoft and they refer me to your support ticket system. But even through there the solutions are not working (as per chucks email to me).

I am having the exact same issue on Xbox. Had the content, now it's all gone. I even had my loyalty reward from being a Sony the show player (I am on Series X now). Lost that too. So disappointed.
