Mine is not there. I have gone to the buy stub section and nothing

I redeemed mine on Thursday night (deluxe edition). I opened a few packs, then shut down for the night. The following night everything was gone and I had to start over with the intro Diamond Dynasty steps and all my Stubbs were gone. Submit a ticket to support. Downside is it will take days to get a response, completely spoiling any benefit of getting early access.

I am having the exact same issue on Xbox. Had the content, now it's all gone. I even had my loyalty reward from being a Sony the show player (I am on Series X now). Lost that too. So disappointed.

Everything associated to your in game content is with your psn id, so what u have to do is just unlink your the show account and everything should comeback.
