That is down the drain. I tried explaining this in my ticket and honestly after all the explaining. I don't think the ticket even went through. I just want my refunds. I'll sit this year out. It has honestly been nothing but aggravation. On SDS's end. I don't think some of us deserve it. I never get on here complaining. However, this is a totally different ballgame.
I'm in the same boat with ya brother. Not going to grind again for this nonsense. But these issues are part of the bigger problem in the industry...the lax policies and standards that these companies do to gamers...its like atari all over again...rushing products before they are fully complete and tested, making changes before testing...these are all their standards that are followed by the employees. So look to the top before going after the folks fixing our issues.
