I'm fine with the product being slightly tweaked from time to time. I'm hopeful that specific modes have fresh feeling to it, whether that be a complete revamp or something that benefits the experience.

The first little segment of the original comment has so far been proven true that people will complain that its "the same game". There's not much they can improve on graphically, its idiotic to expect games to be completely overhauled year in and year out. I'm not one of those people, just pointing it out that it has a similar feel right out of the gate.

With not a lot to do, its hard to judge anything accurately as a whole.

I thought it was in both for a brief time, maybe I'm wrong.

One feature that used to be very interesting was the field ratings for whether a field was Pitcher Friendly/Hitter Friendly. And the ball would act accordingly. Would be cool to see small changes like that where stadiums do have some effect on pitching.

Does anyone remember that? Can't remember which game they were in but it was usually on the "select stadium" screen in the top left corner

That's what I'm thinking too. I mean, going back to even 16 probably has a similar look and feel when there's not much to it.

Totally agree about the timing windows

While that's not necessarily a bad thing, its not something that won't go unnoticed by sports gamers who are tired of recycled games with updated titles, I.e. Madden.

Hopeful further along in the tech test proves it has a fresh feeling to it. As of right now, with not a whole lot to do, its hard to judge it accurately
