It’s been 2 weeks now, 3 separate tickets submitted and haven’t gotten anything in response, even with multiple replies to the autogenerated emails as well. Super frustrating, but hopeful they see this and help out!

Hi,
I have been playing this game for the last 7 years, always using the marketplace and playing the game legit. Last week I was restricted from using the app for what I suspect was the anti-bot system flagging my account. I made a lot of transactions for silver to gold exchanges and roster update investments. I have sent in about 5 tickets with no communication at all from SDS. This is very disappointing as I hoped for a response or acknowledgment of some kind by now. Any kind of help is appreciated!
