However, I’ll also spare you how graphically they’re spelling it out on cigarette warning labels these days. As much as William Morris would love to hear otherwise (lord knows they spent the moolah trying to), I do not believe congestive heart failure (yes, among other ailments) is that all that uncommon in smokers, even under 60. 50 year old Stieg Larssen (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’s author) famously jumps to mind.

Listen, Pete Rose was no angel (but he was an expo once) but personally I don’t think it’s fair to imply he single-handedly killed a man. I do agree he certainly (and selfishly) caused a man with an extremely stressful job to have quite a good bit of stress at his work.

The issue isn't the velocity. It's that he dots WAY too much...meaning they're too close to take. Also does not help that unlike other modes where you don't get "black-painted" calls..Russell's pitches will clip the tiniest fraction of the black and be called a strike...it unfortunately forces you to swing at a lot of stuff making terrible contact.

Same crappy gameplay. I took time off myself and came back. I’ve noticed that I care less and less about playing the Show. Gameplay is just lacking in so many areas that the game becomes frustrating to play. The programs while better, still do not make up for the lack of consistency in the game. Same old players just modified with higher ratings. Although I will say the Gwynn card is a nice addition and will garner my attention to get it.

@Jacky-Chan1_XBL it's very hard for me not to buy this year's game. I've had every game of baseball since '08. I'm very loyal but also reading all these bugs and glitches about diamond dynasty and just how it's not good anymore. I had to take a year off as well to buy so I'm still playing 23's version. My thing is I hope they honestly read feedback and make next year's game a lot better. More user-friendly, I just hope there's a lot more input from what we give the studios

Yes, you get XP from playing anything, really.

@Bearsfan217 probably to farm stubs and xp. If you aren't home, turn on the bot and go to work. Come home and then play. That's my guess.

It's gone from MLB now but shows up on my newly DLed Tomb Raider game that just came out on GamePass.
