There should be 3 levels. Veteran pci with rookie pitch speeds . HOFpci with veteran pitch speeds and then Legend.

Other guy is right, its coding.

But if it's a coding issue, how can they have the CAP play both positions? You should be able to choose if you want the Ohtani card to be SP or LF when you set your line up like you can with the CAP.

They are separate cards with separate loadouts. It’s not the same thing

Ultimately that's the best fix. While they wouldn't love the idea to give "2 for 1", since it's a coding problem just give him out as a pair where you can pick how you want to use him.

EA did this in HUT this year. They gave you two cards (on one occasion 3), all with different synergies so you wouldn’t be tied with the same card and have no flexibility. I thought it was a great move

Totally agree with this, and by the time you got too the gold tier most of the stuff in the xp reward path was useless anyway. Even the 99s weren’t any good by the time you got there.

That’s a hell of a choice. I’m a nats fan so definitely targeting that Soriano as well. Used him in BR enough to get him green parallel already. I did the math the other night and figured it would take 1 million stubs with the diamonds, so he’ll help with a third of that at least.

Picking up Acuna could be a good immediate replacement though!

Or
Conquest: tally ribs with dodgers.
