Genuinely curious. Haven't attempted the mode yet, but it sounds awful.

They couldn't have. I played 3 games and won the 3rd 6-0 and took the loss. Now the mode won't even start for me. Baffles me that this game launched with a major mode completely broken.

Server issues are normal. A complete mode being unplayable (unplayable because I can't even start a mini seasons game) is not.

Same for me also from the UK. But at the same time I don't particularly play online and just do the purely offline grind on DD.

I haven't had a single server error so far this year.

HustlinOwl you are the one back in like 2015 that showed me how to set up 30 team control for Franchise in one of your youtube videos...thanks for that dude.

The glory days when they cared about franchise mode, now we can’t even do a proper 30 team because AI messes with roster following spring training.

Franchise mode is still amazing to me even now because I just play one season, the current season with spring training..every pitch of every game on Broadcast so basically 190 games at about 2 hours each, even one season is a grind. In fact this year's franchise is the best ever because of much better and realistic the gameplay and AI is, how the AI works you for an at bat is pure genius, in a sense it forces you to have better at bats or else you're screwed. Well, all this wouldn't be possible without a proper realistic Slider set.
