All I know is when you get around the 1,000 mark in ranked seasons and every swing your opponent has is a perfect perfect, if you throw backdoor sliders their cheats don’t work and they have to shut them off and play normal.
That is why you hear your friend Kyle and all those guys complaining about sliders.
Rather wipe my [censored] with sandpaper than do all that work.

Funny story, I actually was banned on these forums for two years for bringing up that people were cheating back in 2022.
Around the same time before I got banned I argued with people on this forum that Trevor Bauer may have been innocent and I was also correct about that.

Can anyone else confirm this? Based on my research and understanding. 4k caps out at 60hz, meaning the game cannot support 4k at a 120. Even though the xbox is set to a 120hz. Gaming monitor or not. I believe the best players are playing at 1080p or 1440p to get the true 120hz 120 fps. And they wont tell you that. Speed and input is everything when playing online. For anyone struggling to hit online. This is theeeee most important topic. Period this needs to be discussed. I bet you anything i get no answers from any top players on this.
Pretty sure this is just the tip of the iceberg. I think there are certain internet settings, VPNs or whatever that give a huge advantage online.
Hard to believe they took a step backward on this. Throwing in a pickle is as unresponsive as ever and people are exploiting it. Guys like PCA can steal second without a lead on pitchouts, even third base.

I'm looking for a new TV and it seems OLED is generally better than QLED, but the caveat is that some video games with graphics that stay on the screen continually (like possibly the pitching and hitting graphics) can wear out those pixels, essentially burning the image into the screen when the game isn't on.
If anyone has an OLED TV and logs a lot of hours on the game, I'd love to get your feedback as I'd like to get the OLED is this isn't an issue.

I have been using OLEDs since 2019 and have never had an issue.
Seems like it’s almost better to have swing lag. From what I’ve experienced this year they are really penalizing early swings.
I’m very concerned about the online gameplay. It’s very weird this year.
Cheating has blown up this year in other games too. SDS isn't alone here

It’s interesting because it seems like SDS has shifted to rewarding PCI placement over timing. Doesn’t help the issue.
@I23SAVAGE23I_XBL quite literally not how it’s done. And trust me, the top level comp players/streamers are that good.
They’re investing in the controllers, the monitors, accessories and the internet that are going to make their game that good.
I’ve watched numerous streamers/comp players have bad AB’s, bad games, etc.
The people who are cheating are literally using programs that do everything besides field the ball for you.
I disagree, monitors and p rings do not amount to absolute perfect precise input on every swing.
@I23SAVAGE23I_XBL crying is crying whether it’s for the good or bad. The whole point is it will never be enough for some of you. Your want major improvements on a yearly released game. Either play with what you got or force actual change instead of crying and hoping they do something.

New strike zone is amazing! Finally, we will be rewarded for dotting the black.
The problem with the way it was: you make a great pitch that straddles the black. No swing and called a ball. So now you have to try and adjust to bring it inside little more except the game fks you and serves up a meatball to be crushed.
Happens continuously in this game.
Coop last night was great as we were able to pitch ourselves to be competitive.
The only thing that pisses me off is when my opponent is consistently dotting the black with guys that I know have a PAR the size of half the strike zone.
Completely unfair and RNG. I don’t think perfect input on pinpoint or any other pitching method cause the ball to dot the black within the PAR.

If that is the case, how are they able to control where the ball goes within the PAR?

Im also not too sure what the issue with Hader is either. Ive seen people say his 2 seamer away is glitched, and in my last game my opponent brought him in and was spamming 2 seamers up and away and I ended up hitting 3 homers and scoring 5 runs off him.
They are only glitched on legend. Forces the batter to contact swing.
It’s actually hilarious watching the terrible swings their cheats put on low and inside sliders magically after everything was mashed perfect perfect in any other part of the zone.

For context, I am playing on legend in ranked seasons. So, some opponents have mastered the foul ball. They will foul off ten pitches out of play in a single at bat. How are they doing this?
I normal swing and usually am a little off on my pci placement for an easy out. These guys are putting swings on balls pretty far out of the zone, sometimes with good timing and sometimes poor timing.
They are doing something, because the same guys are able to almost take a full swing animation check swing and still hold up for a check swing ball. I don’t think they are full blown cheating or they would crush everything, but they are contact swinging or something. Perhaps using the ambush mechanics with contact swing?
Anyways, weird mechanics. On the fence between learning this [censored] or just quitting and hoping next years game isn’t [censored] AF like this.
I’d personally love to see SDS get rid of the [censored] PCI and shrink the timing windows. Make this game about pitch recognition and taking real at bats. Reward having a good eye and good timing, not aiming a stupid [censored] reticle on a screen. Make it real baseball.
