I honestly don't think it's anything on their end. I think it has to do with the connection between you and your opponent.

Other than the issues they had last year with the user controlled freeze offs; regular freeze offs are to random to be anything with the coding.

No reason we should be dealing with P2P based connections in 2022. The Show was a top selling game last year

So what do you propose if we don’t have P2P connections. And if you say dedicated servers than you obviously have no business making an argument. Those are simply too expensive for a game like this where it’s you and another person connecting. If this was war zone where there are hundreds of gamers connecting at once that’s totally different.

I don't disagree that dedis would be too expensive. You need to tweak the match making and connections so the ping is very similar to your opponent. You will have a hard time convincing me of that with the [censored] I see.

@D_e_m_I_s_E_PSN has a point. I can remember years ago when you would play Madden online they had 'rooms' and everyone that was in that room had a color coded bar next to their gamer ID that showed the strength of their connection.

Anything that was yellow, or even red, was a horrible connection.

This is what's needed in this game.

This series also had the same lobbies with ping bars well before dd when regular teams was a thing

Seems it’s a daily occurrence for DD players to experience some sort of freeze off. How many have you encountered as an online rated player? For me in 176 games it’s been one and that was caused by a known freeze glitcher in the community. “Knocks on wood”

The guy just now quit the freeze off. I can win the rest of the games tomorrow so I was just going to make him wait until tomorrow.

You complain everyday about connections and lag and I come to find out you play on Wi-Fi. Good grief I think I've had two freeze offs the entire year I haven't had one in probably a month and I'm hardwired. Leave the Burger King parking lot and go to your house and hardwire your connection this is getting ridiculous.

I have tried everything - wired, wireless and vpn. Do you know which one plays the worst? Wired. It is the one I saw the most warped pitches on, also the one with the worst game play in general. I know, hard for you to believe but it is a fact. Yes, I have swapped out all my cables too so that wasn't an issue.

I'm sure you people will jump on that because that is what people do.

At this point its not the game, it's your service. Sorry man, it's official. I'm calling it for you. Game over. It's never getting better for you. Hope your area gets a better service or you move to a better area for internet. In the bright side, you sound like you don't live in a major city so I'm jealous of that.
