Just be attentive when you do. You want to make sure your main account in the linking process is the one that holds your progression. If you choose the wrong account as your primary, you will be locked out of your progression until you unlink.
I have all three linked (PS as primary, Xbox and NES as sub) and I can go between the consoles seamlessly.
