Have you figured anything out yet same thing just happened to me

Have you figured this out yet it must be the same thing that happened to me hundreds of hours and a couple hundred bucks down the drain.

I hate that the only way to contact them is through email. I’m honestly sick to my stomach

No idea what I would have been banned for. I just play

Ok so I just finished an online game after the game ended at the loading screen it kept loading. Than it kicked me from the servers. And now everything is gone and the game is acting like I have never played Diamond Dynasty before. All my stubs are gone all my players are gone EVERYTHING IS GONE. Is this fixable?

Ok I’ve been racking my head trying to find out exactly HOW I’m missing Niko Goodrum 42 series card from the Detroit Team Affinity 1. I am 100% on both TA1 and TA2 but that card is missing. It’s the only 42 series card I’m missing and it kind of stinks. Does anyone know how to submit a support ticket to see if I can somehow recover this card?

Same thing happened to me yesterday except mine was a sale of a player and a card I bought I never got the stubs or the player.

Has anyone else had this issue?? I pitched a card off the market it shows that the order is completed along with I have sold cards yet I didn’t receive the card I purchased or the stubs for the cards I sold. Who can I contact or is this a known issue it just happened yesterday.
