Lost Stubs

Hi,i am from xbox series x platform,I sold a BR Jorge soler for 56666 and just after that servers went down and I didn't get my stubs and my item was shown as sold,I submitted a ticket 2 days back and no response yet,I understand the trouble is overwhelming but I would really like to get my stubs soon to finish nl west collect,thank you.

Same thing happened to me yesterday except mine was a sale of a player and a card I bought I never got the stubs or the player.
