after much frustration and countless server errors, i have finally reached world series. i guess this is a brag post, but i’m very satisfied with all the time i’ve put into practicing begin to pay off. just wants to share my happiness with the community

and idk if the first part of your statement was supposed to be some kind of dig, but yes it is what i would (and have) done. if i’m clearly being outplayed, i’m conscious of that and don’t need wins that i don’t deserve

Im 1 out away from a complete game shut out with Seaver and he gets on base with buxton. I get to a 1-2 count and he steals and i go to throw him out and noone covers the bag next pitch he hits up the middle and gets a run. Next batter 0-2 count he steals again with 69 speed this time and AGAIN NOONE COVERS THE bag. Is this a bug has anyone else had this happen to them in so mad i gave up a run cause noone wants to cover the bag on a stolen base i still won but it alittle upsetting.

fielder indifference. tends to happen when you have a large lead, even in irl.

Do you get your perfect perfect foul balls on low and away off speed pitches?

yup. every back door breaking ball from a lefty that i square up perfect goes foul. happened twice in a game against tanana that i just played. once to chipper and once to 42 Bogaerts

i’m sure i’ll get roasted but has anyone else ever had this issue?

gehrig looks like the best 1st baseman in the game imo. i’d go with him

Oh yeah. I'm a Cardinals lifer and can't wait for a Pujols 99. I'm really hoping he will be either the 3rd boss tomorrow or the collection reward on the 19th. His 97 2nd half card is pretty solid, but I'm very eager for his 99.

unpopular opinion: i don’t really care for it. i like last years a lot more

idk what it is but even if i have (pretty much) perfect swings on down and away pitches, it’s almost ALWAYS a lazy fly out. has anyone else noticed this?

hitting in general feels really inconsistent the last few days but it happens i guess. i used to sit on that corner and wait for sliders and mash but lately none are hard hit.
