I hope they fix my PS5 entitlement before 2022, too

According to EBgames they cant refund me because the problem is coming from Sony. (And I want the hat)
According to Sony (I just called them) they cant do anything because the code voucher came through SDS. And I must contact them.

Already did many times.

According to the girl @Sony's tech support, SDS will not answer us at all until the problem is fixed.

I have been playing the show since 2008. I feel betrayed.

Thanks a lot. I will think about it as its very expensive. I was thinking more in the 150$ price range.
