I had completed the program but sent in a ticket and he was in my inventory the next day.

A special shout out to Zoe for fixing an issue with a player in my inventory. When I have had issues this year they have been taken care of right away by Zoe. You’re awesome!

I submitted a screenshot as well and I received my packs within a few minutes. If you submit a ticket, send along a screenshot and I believe you’ll get your packs.

I know this is off topic for DD but I’m looking help. I received all the Scouting packs last year but didn’t receive the one this month. I checked and I’m still subscribed. Also my notifications on buys and sells don’t show as they’re occurring on my app. I have sent tickets in but have received no response. As always any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
