I don't think there are any players that would quit their first RS game with that behavior in a tie game. There are plenty of toxic people online, but they are mostly in the 500 range of RS or the 700-800 range. This guy probably had to check on his kids or something and ran out of time. I don't see toxic intent in this situation. If you had taken the lead, maybe, but people don't act like this in a 0-0 tie
