@rubicante23_PSN and have they ever "fixed" a bug? They just hide the bigger issue and hope it doesnt get noticed. Like hayder didn't get fixed. They just gave him another pitchers windup without changing the code that causes his 2 seam to be glitched. Shhhh we are stupid and won't have a clue. Smh

Yeah and the packs don't know how to count themselves. I'm supposed to get a diamond 1:50 packs... It is not anywhere close to that. When the game came out it was. Sometime around update 6 they secretly nerfed packs lol

I mean it is blatantly obvious that none of the devs play the game outside of work. If any of them did then no chance the menu lag would have been a thing as long as it was. Or any bug for that matter. If you love your game then you want to fix it. They do the opposite and just introduce more problems weekly while doing maintenance every other month. Thats a losing recipe.

@b-dub_butter42_PSN a buddy and I lost a coop game in the 9th last night from it. Thats what made me post this.

@Bridge-Piece_XBL thats like saying I bet I will move into a million dollar house in 2027. Then ask the people that currently own the house (parents) you live in for a raise on your allowance. The game is great and we are all here bc we love it. SDS no longer loves the game and thats the problem.

I haven't seen a post about this but in game I have seen all the following happen randomly in game...

1. I lead the game off with a bunt single Nasim Nunez and then Nasim Nunez comes back up to the plate 1-1 with a single in a fresh new AB and nobody on first.

2. At least 4 or 5 times a game on Coop the game doesn't add a recorded strike or a ball to the current count. You bring up pitch history and it says for example that 4 pitches have been thrown but count will be 2-1. It is starting to happen quite often now.

3. A runner first tries to steal and the batter will swing and foul the ball off and the runner gets given 2nd base.

July 7th is when I post this. Let's see how long it takes them to issue a bug fix that creates more bugs!

@JDHalfrack_PSN exactly what fixes are you talking about? The ones that they created that break the game quite literally everytime there is an update. Or maybe you are talking about the Josh Hayden thing? This has been a thing for YEARS, and their fix was just giving him someone else's wind up. Or maybe you love getting the same cards with different names while doing the same exact program as every other content drop? Or maybe you like opening 100 packs and being lucky to even get a single diamond and 13 gold cards. I am just completely dumbfounded when people come in the forums and tell people that they need to stop complaining when thats what forums are made for. I'm glad you think the game is great but it just isn't. You must play Road to the show bc if you been on Diamond Dynasty on any given day you would want to pull your hair out.

@unliveablechris_PSN If they were to give an apology then they would have to acknowledge that their servers were down at any point. They do not even make statements saying they are working on a fix. They just had a double xp weekend and 80% of the playerbase wasn't able to play Sunday and nobody knows why. So no apology but I do think they have one guy working on servers and 56 people working on content. They want money not a great game.

Man CFB is so bad. I tried and I still would rather be told that I can't connect to the servers on the show than to ever play that game again. Ea is so so so so bad and SDS is not far behind. Too much content and not enough fixes. All about the money.

All these problems and they never even acknowledge their server issues. Simply throw bandaid on it and pretend it didn't happen. Thats how little they respect their player base. They have no pride in their work and only want to release bogus cards with stats that make zero sense whatsoever. How does the greatest baseball player to ever live have 2 cards that have under 70 vision. Then in the same card drop they will give a rookie that got his first hit a card with 95 vision. It just all seems so incredibly lazy, and greedy. Would it hurt you guys to actually stop giving us cards that are all the same for a month and use that month to fix your dumpster fire of a game? The worst part of it is SDS never even gives status updates or says anything about the servers being down. They just very slowly put a bandaid on the problem and restart the servers without ever fixing it. Those unfixed bugs begin to pile up and bugs cost money to fix as opposed to making it. So without another baseball game that can compete with SDS, we are the ones that pay the money for a game that has no drive to improve and innovate. As long as they are the only baseball game out there it will continuously get worse ever single year. Look at ALL of the EA sports games as a perfect example. No competition leads to a game with no drive to improve. Thats just the simple truth.

No this is just a typical SDS Sunday. I'll admit i have been critical of SDS lately but I mean these servers are a joke. They claim to fix one thing only for 5 more to come up. If they cared at all they would halt content and focus on fixing the issues because every update breaks the game. I would be on board with a light content month if they got the game under control. They would never do it though. No content = no profits. Its sad because I love the game.

Man i respect your opinion but it ranks up there with some of nick wrights incredibly biased chiefs takes. The only way this game could fully satisfy a person's desires of an MLB baseball game is if that person played ONLY road to the show, or if they are the mother of an SDS employee. If you fall into those two categories then you will have no argument from me. However you are in the forums just like the rest of us so I am gonna guess you think this game is mediocre at best as well. This is what happens when your company makes the only game in its genre. No competition means no innovation. There is no other MLB game to threaten them so they have no drive to release anything new. Minimizing cost while maximizing profit. It happens everytime this happens. Madden started its demise when NFL gameday quit making games and then espn released an NFL game and it was innovative and new but madden toppled them and went right back to being bad. Fifa has never had real competion on consoles and it has become a dumpster fire. (Hopefully fifa finds a company to make a good game now that they left EA.) So we have all seen this way too many times. They have made their choices now we must suffer until a change is made. Thats just the truth. Again, I do apologize if you an SDS employee mom!

Obviously he is free. I think you are missing my point. My point was that this isnt a priority for them because it doesn't hurt their bottom line. It might get fixed but by the time it does get fixed there will be 15 new bugs out. Problems are coming up faster than they being fixed and it's not even a close ratio. About that same as getting a diamond in a pack (1:50 yeah right)

Everything they have released since the game came out is just the same as the last event or program. When they release a card that has been playing well the stats are really good with bad vision or good vision and mediocre everything else. In what world does this PCA have worse vision that his recent card? The guy has hit nearly everything thrown his way and that gets him a 63 vision? And shohei where do I start with the 700000 card himself? He is a $700 that will never Crack your starting lineup. Its a joke and the odds are 1:12000 of pulling him. Or so they claim.

@Apolloz_99_MLBTS oh don't get me started on that. It is so much better. At the same time I could argue it is every bit as bad. There are players that are and have been glitched for YEARS (Hader). So clearly they got the same copy and paste skills as EA. Then go read their patch notes and yeah they fix stuff like player likeness and logo issues. All while ignoring co-op being broken, or menu lag, collection rewards, etc. They have more content drops than updates to fix bugs and each content drop has 48574838 bugs. 1 hour though to fix a free packs bug that benefits us. That one was just a slap in the face. They can fix issues very fast but they choose not to. That is where the disconnect with people starts and stop. They have no respect for us or their own game. So yeah they are approaching EA standards at a remarkable pace.

Same here. I'm not a programmer but this to be an easy fix. Now with that said they will not fix it. If it were giving all of us him for free they would have it fixed in an hour. They just as bad as EA now. The pack odds are 100% bogus and that didn't start until update 6. Since then everything they have released has been a carbon copy of they previous program, or event, etc. People are starting to see it and SDS is living large now but it can all end quick just look at EA. They got greedy and lazy with the copy and paste from year to year and they haven't released a good game outside of NHL (surprisingly) in 10 years. SDS is at 1 year worth of [censored] game releases let's see what kind of company they are.
