Having the same issue as all of you. Really wish I had checked the forums first before attempting to link my Xbox to the account today. Currently, it looks like the reason my progress is gone is that both by Xbox and PS are linked to my Show Account, but my "The Show" account is somehow not linked, even though I'm signed in with those credentials? It says I'm signed in on the left panel, but where the PSN and Xbox show connected it says Not Connected. I'm guessing this is what everyone else sees as well?

Set up 2nd account on ps5 I did mine through family account you will have to set up with different email and usernameThen on mlb 21 website sign in just to the show website so the show is the only one connected
Then go to game get code
Then website type in code
Choose mlb account that says you will reset all progress that what I did and it workedI thought to do this as well, but when I logged in, it gave me a Platform Exclusivity error.

Still not fixed for me but the website has disabled account linking, so my guess is they are actively fixing it right now.

@Victor_SDS_PSN my account finally has all 3 platforms on a single account! Thank you for looking into this and resolving it! I was able to successfully unlink my Xbox account and relink my PS account. Will need to validate my consoles show my previous progress.

Victor replied a short time ago to me in the announcement thread from this morning. By the sounds of it, they are still working on it. I provided screenshots and some in depth info on what we’re all experiencing. Let’s hope for an update today or tomorrow.
