So I just completed the 2nd inning conquest map but for some reason it says I only got 6/7 goals. I don't play conquest at all so I don't even know what "goals" mean. I only did the map for the 20,000 XP that goes toward the 2nd inning program. If you know what I did wrong please let me know.
For some reason every time I turn off MLB 21 then come back to it later it stops playing all the music I downloaded via "sounds of the show" then I have to go into the playlist editor and check all the song I want to play. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really want to put players irl walk up song in the game but what's the point if I have to keep dealing with this problem.
I just have a quick question. When it comes to cards that are excepted to get an upgrade after roster update, do you sell the card right before the roster update or after? Also is the price of the card at it's highest before or after the update?
Is there any advice anyone can give me when it comes to hitting sliders? Sliders down and away are by far my biggest weakness because I see them well but end up pulling off of them, and I can never stay on them. Even sliders that are up and down the middle kind of give me a hard time some times. I would say if I can figure out how to time up sliders I would actually go from a good hitter to great hitter. Thank you to anyone who gives me solid advice in advance.
To people who a super disciplined at the plate and don't swing at any pitches out of the zone, what are some of your best tips to develop a better eye at the plate?

this is decent advice.
I will say, out of bitterness, that left-handed players are naturally just going to be better at PCI placement.
They really need an alternate swing button mechanic with the PCI placement using the right hand.
I imagine practicing any fine motor skills with your left hand will reap more benefits than this drill. Brushing your teeth, writing, eating, wiping your 'power swing' generator ...
There's a setting where you can change the buttons around and you can use the right thumb stick to move the pci. I think it's under "button accessibility"
in the ps4 settingsand what hand would you use to smash X with?
You would have to use the down button on the directional pad as the x button. I tried it a while ago and it was just to weird and confusing for me.

I do almost everything with my left hand even tho I am right handed. I even shoot the basketball with my left hand, so I guess catching the ball off the wall with my “weak” hand will only help me to improve.
Thanks a lot
No problem man. It's actually a fun drill to do so just try it out and also most importantly have fun.

Custom practice boosted sliders
That's actually a great tip that I would also recommend.

Does this help "newbies" who still drop the pci after a year?
While I still drop the pci every once in a while I don't do it as much as I use to. It's really hard to break bad habits but just keep practicing my man.

I was curious about your stats but I can't find them on the leaderboards. Do you play offline only by chance? Thanks for the advice btw.
I took a year off from the game and didn't by the mlb 20 but I've been practicing in the mlb 21 tech test and I've been mashing.
I forgot to mention that pitch recognition is also key to taking your game to the next level. Also always practice on legend difficulty and nothing else, you're going to fail but keep going and don't give up. You'll make adjustments and get better I Promise.
If you're a person who struggles with pci placement I want to help and give you a tip that I feel is underrated. Whether you're bad and moving your pci to the ball or you're pci god you can use this tip to get better at the game. So something I've been doing recently is practicing my hand-eye coordination. I noticed that after just few days of doing this I went from being okay on legend difficulty, to absolutely smacking pitchers like Gerrit Cole, Jacob DeGrom and Aroldis Chapman around the ballpark on legend. So the drill I want you to try is get something that's soft enough to bounce off the wall with out putting a dent/crack in your wall and that is small enough to catch with one hand, like a stress ball our something. Find a wall and some space. Now what you're going to do is throw the ball with one hand and catch the ball with the other hand. Keep alternating between hands, never catch and throw the ball with the same hand. Try this for a week and see how it works out for you. I'm going to leave a link at the end of this post just in case you want to see the hand-eye coordination drill visually. I really hope this helps. Here's a link to the hand-eye coordination drill: https://youtu.be/SaK5dFGuMNA
Does anyone know how to do this ombre/rainbow effect with the letters in the logo creator? I've tried to do it in the past but failed miserably lol.
Here's a pic:

They have incredible reflexes and hand eye coordination.
Here's a simple exercise to improve both.
hold paper money in your hand, value dont matter but a worn/used bill is better. hold it so that all your fingers are straight, now put the ridge of your hand (index finger/thumb) is on your forehead with index finger near your hairline.move your hand away so that your arm becomes straight(without changing height of your hand) when ready let the money go and try to catch it with your other hand( other arm should be at your side. try and get it before it drops below the level of your jaw.
This will improve both your reflexes and hand eye coordination.
Oh also best done in doors, wind is not your friend in this circumstance.Wow thanks man, Because of your amazing tip
you helped me develop a sick black eye lol. Nah I'm just kidding I didn't actually try this because I don't know if your being serious our trolling me. But if you are being serious can you send a link of somebody doing this before I try it, please and thank you. (BTW I may be dumb but I ain't stupid)Its serious.when i was in my 20s i spent my decembers selling christmas trees, taking money from people sometimes was an adventure,my brother has his off days coming up so ill see if he can help me record something.im in my 40s now so my reflexes arent what they used to be, but it takes a lot to be able to catch falling paper out of the air.
So I actually just tried the dollar bill thing and it's actually pretty hard and also kinda fun. I think i'm going to try doing this for a month and see if it helps my hand eye coordination.

I just want to start by saying I'm not the worst at pci placement but I'm also not the best. Anyway i just want to ask how some of you pci gods consistently put the pci on the ball. Me personally, I like to keep the pci down the middle and react because when I put the pci in a specific area, I tend to not be able to cover other parts of the strikezone, or I over compensate and move the pci way to much. IDK if there's any thumb exercises i need to do or something but what ever advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.
For years I've been wanting SDS to expand their uniform options. So here's just a few thing I personally would like to see.
Ability to put logos on any part of the uniform. (a la 2K)
Three colored stripe on pants and sleeves and belts. For example the Cardinals 80's style uniforms. [https://bloximages.newyork1.vip.townnews.com/stltoday.com/content/tncms/assets/v3/editorial/7/74/774bd299-6019-540b-b071-dd043021bbc2/5bf2eee612294.image.jpg?resize=1200%2C824)
With stance sock being popular I would love to make my own Stance socks that matches the theme of my uniforms.
