I saw the Shohei face scan and I’m assuming he’ll be available in game, which would be massive
-
How many of you would be down to play the upcoming Konami Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025 if there’s a mod for English speakers?
The Show this year has taken massive leaps backward this year with flukey gameplay and micro transactions I’m curious to see how many people would jump ship.
Also on another note, come July, College Football is back!
Don’t even know if I’ll touch ultimate team. Dynasty and Road to glory are the main attractions there. -
Bunting needs to have some skill based aspect to it. Why is there no pci for bunting? If anything, add a pci for bunting. It would be cool to have a function for bunting online that isn’t just cheese and rng. I can imagine a fix, just like catcher throws, the pitches could be slowed down out of the pitchers hand when the bunt button is pressed. The higher the bunt rating, the slower the pitch speed. The higher the vision, the bigger the bunt PCI. Maybe not exactly like that but Something to that effect.
-
I have multiple thoughts about the online aspects. So in my opinion, We need a universal PCI size OR universal pitch speed. One OR the other will do fine. From an online competitive standpoint, it is more of a nuisance to have to adjust stick movement AND timing when changing difficulties in game modes. Jumping from BR to events to Ranked. If I had to choose one, I’d choose universal pitch speeds across all online game modes.
To me, it makes 0 sense to have the PCI size expand with slower pitch speeds and shrink with higher pitch speeds, Especially when rng dictates the outcomes regardless of timing and PCI placement. it becomes less competitive and more simulation in lower difficulties like All-Star and below under the current settings. I enjoy realistic baseball simulation at times. However I’m only interested in realistic simulation gameplay OFFLINE ONLY. Online, we should see 100% hit rate for Perfect Perfect. Perfect hits don’t have to be Homeruns all the [censored] time, I mean we’d like to see smoked gap shots and liners through the hole. Just let us feel rewarded with our good input. It’s a VIDEO GAME! NOT real life baseball. If the amount of “good” and lesser hit types resulting in hits needs to be reduced in order for that to happen, then I’m all for it.I know some of you fellas might disagree, but also lots of you fellas feel the same way. I just want SDS to create a great baseball game. I haven’t seen greatness since the MVP Baseball era. It’s come close, but always seems to fall a little short.
-
Nice observation! Perfect perfect fly ball off of a power swing didn’t catch your attention at all I guess.
-
What the F is this moment? I power swing with home run derby, Adolis Garcia, and hit a perfect perfect flyball, off of a bronze pitcher, to centerfield and it’s an out! This game is retarded and makes no sense. What is the point of power swing?
-
Do any of you actually like or watch baseball? Do any of you actually like video games? Playing your video game makes me think none of you do at all. It’s sad. People love the cosmetic changes to the game because they’re not smart enough to realize it’s still a game with, at best, questionable gameplay. Clean it up

The POTM Lightning Card should be a Core captain card and able to boost The Monthly Award players, Topps Now players and other POTM Lighting cards. Change my mind
Awesome Idea. But how do you choose between a pitcher or a hitter?
And I assume you mean for that particular month. So every month a new Captain card.
Boost both hitting and pitching stats like shohei captain does

For each team there should be a tiered reward structure. So, on top of giving stubs, there should be non-sellable cards given specific to each team collection.
Example:
Collect 10 live series cards: 500 stubs
Collect 15 live series cards: Bronze legend/flashback card
Collect 20 Live Series Cards: 1000 Stubs
Collect 25 live series cards: Silver legend/flashback card
Collect 30 live series cards: 5000 stubs
Collect 35 live series cards: Gold legend/flashback card
Collect 40 live series cards: Diamond legend/flashback card
P.s. Aside from set collection cards, American League (McGwire) National League (Sosa) and Major League (Jeter) collection cards should be the best cards in the game all year hands down! McGwire is basically unusable and it’s tragic.
For how expensive this collection is, there really is no incentive to drop stubs and complete this collection anymore.
Jeter and Sosa ARE two of the best cards we will see, are Core and can be used all year. The collection is worth it.
So 2 out of 3
Like I said, McGwire is basically unusable

How do you differentiate between good and bad team collections?
You should get better rewards for completing the Angels and Mets than you do for collecting the Tigers or Athletics.
Higher rated Diamond rewards
Give an Angels reward maybe a 95-99
Tigers or athletics maybe 85-89

It sucks because, live series collection rewards should be the best cards in the game. So all 3 of these cards should be at the tier level of the set collection cards. 2 out of the 3 are great cards. However, The AL Collection Big Mac Card is buns. Pretty much unusable in competitive online play. The live series is so expensive and unless you’re a streamer or want to spend hundreds of dollars on the game, it’ll take some time and stub hoarding to complete it.
-
Perfect-perfect Should be a hit 100% off the time. The rest of the inputs should be a drastic drop-off. Maybe SDS could tinker around with hit rate. Maybe something like: Good 30%, just early/late 20%, early/late 15%, very early/late 3% (dinkers&dribblers).

That means You’rea [censored]
-
No because they take our money every year and put out a broken game
-
SDS robbed me of my money. The online gameplay is horrendous (if you can even get in an online match). You all at SDS should be ashamed of your product. And all the streamers that continually stroke SDS off and refuse to talk about how much of a money grab this game has become is laughable. I would be fine with the game trying to take more of our money with forcing micro transactions by manipulating quicksell values to minimize the amount of stubs NMS players can make off ratings updates. I’d be fine with it, if and only if gameplay was GOOD! . Right now it’s complete garbage. Hitting engine makes NO SENSE! PERFECT pitcher input throws pitches OUTSIDE the PAR ?! What is this game? I know I’m not the only one feeling this. I’ve seen many content creators complain about the same [censored]. We all see it. These are just a couple of issues, there are many more problems that we see and it honestly reaffirms my opinion and the fact that this will be my last year on this game. I’m hoping the end of the license contract comes quick and hopefully another company can throw their hat in the ring with creating a good MLB game, because right now, it’s atrocious.
