Ppl are now doing this glitch in ranked and BR so good luck out there fellas and SDS get your sh** together

April 24th I emailed them a ticket about a lost card, which of course is a 42 Item and its the only card I need to finish jackie and get Mo. I waited about a month and emailed them again (May 25th) still nothing, I just emailed them again a few days ago and im not getting any sort of response. Is there another way to reach out to them to get some form of communication? Because at this point its BS
