Any other way to reach out to SDS about a ticket?

April 24th I emailed them a ticket about a lost card, which of course is a 42 Item and its the only card I need to finish jackie and get Mo. I waited about a month and emailed them again (May 25th) still nothing, I just emailed them again a few days ago and im not getting any sort of response. Is there another way to reach out to them to get some form of communication? Because at this point its BS

They don't give a F about nobody and nothing this year good luck.

I did the exact same thing. I’ve emailed them about 5x regarding them same issue starting way back in April. No response, nothing. Sucks because I can’t finish my collections now
