It is VERY repetitive.

I watch a lot of real MLB games and I"ve seen numerous times where guys look like they're just trying to touch the ball instead of swinging for the fences and it goes over the fence. That happens a lot more often than you might think.

I just hooked the Series X to a LG 32gp83b 1440p 165hz free sync premium / gsync monitor that has a built in fps counter and can confirm that if you disable 4k in the system settings and run a 1440p resolution at 120fps with vrr enabled the game will run at 120fps with dips into the low 80's during batter cut scenes.

Where's all the gear at? Seems to be a lot of stuff missing. Lot's of shoes missing and Nike catchers gear etc...

No Nike or Jordan catchers gear?

A simple "we're working on it" would go a long way...

I have to say, I'm very disappointed that the Nike catchers gear wasn't added in the patch this morning. It was shown in the trailers leading up to the game and it was in the tech test. I feel like I've been duped as a consumer. There has been a complete lack of transparency from the staff, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Now I have to sit and wait for the next patch and who knows how long that will be from now. All I want to do is play franchise with all the real equipment as was advertised.

They said earlier that equipment will be coming in the next* patch, whenever that is. But it is disappointing that it all wasn't included at the beginning.

The pitch speeds should be equal to real life both offline or online, regardless of difficulty. Difficulties should make it easier or harder on the timing of the swing.

I'm a franchise only player, but I really hope the proper equipment gets released with a day one patch. I hope they don't trickle out equipment over the course of the year as some sort of online expansion. That would be a terrible decision.

To be fair, saying "can't afford it" and "don't want to" are personal problems that shouldn't hinder the rest of the entire community. That said, even though they might be expensive there are plenty of PS5's available. The series X on the other hand, you can just go walk into a store and buy it at MSRP with cash.

So are we getting more equipment or not, I'd like to start a franchise.

Any explanation? Is there a day one patch coming to address the issue? There is equipment shown in the promo videos that isn't in the game, primarily Nike catchers equipment.

No! We don't want Diamond Dynasty incorporated into franchise mode, period. It's bad enough that it kinda already is. You have to buy sponsorships with stubs that you either have to pay real money for or earn them by playing DD.
