I’ve been trying to get my PS RTTS save onto my series x since the game came out. I’ve contacted support many times and got some help but didn’t work and then they never answered back. Does anyone know how to fix the issue. I can link all accounts on the webpage but my cloud save won’t show up even though my PS shows the save file in on the cloud.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue where your cloud save doesn’t show up on a platform? I linked all my accounts but now I am not able to see my cloud save from PS. When I linked my accounts my PS one showed last online 2018 for some reason. I even have PS plus so there shouldn’t be an issue. I can upload to cloud but it won’t show up on my Xbox. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to link and unlink my account. The issue seems to be fixed for me as I can now unlink my accounts and link them again when I want. There’s only one issue, my cloud save from MLB the Show 20 on my PS4 won’t show up after being linked to my the show account to my series x. When you link your PS account it asks which to use, your PS or mlb the show last online. My PS option for some reason only shows 2018 as last date online even though I’ve played games online since then and have played mlb the show since then. Then the mlb the show account option shows last online April this year. I put in another ticket to see if I can be helped. If you know how to make cloud save show up on another console please try to help me!

Can someone help me out? I unlinked my Xbox from the show because the cloud file doesn’t show up. Now when I go on the website and try to unlink an account it makes me log in again but all PS XBOX and the show accounts are still linked. Now it won’t work to link them with another account that I made to try and fix the issue. I thought this is supposed to be simple!
