Linking PS4 to Xbox Series X

Can someone help me out? I unlinked my Xbox from the show because the cloud file doesn’t show up. Now when I go on the website and try to unlink an account it makes me log in again but all PS XBOX and the show accounts are still linked. Now it won’t work to link them with another account that I made to try and fix the issue. I thought this is supposed to be simple!

I have the exact same problem!
The file did not show up, so I tried to unlink the account, but each time I do it, I am told to log in again, and I am stuck in that infinite loop.
I already opened a ticket, but still no answers. -
After a couple service tickets they said they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. Seems like many people have this issue and they now know about it.
