I submitted a support ticket on 4/20 because I paid $99 for 150k stubs... the $99 is definitely gone, but the stubs have never been deposited to my account. I'm trying to get an idea of how long it will be until I get this resolved. From the sounds of things... it is going to be a while. This is frustrating. Even a simple, "we're still working on your claim, please remain patient" follow up would make me feel a lot better, and I would remain patient. But I have not heard anything since a simple "we've sent this to the team" the same day I submitted the ticket.
