    Ya... this was super random. I remember the days we used to get this "secret" server maintenance at least once per week...

    hopefully this dont last long. I wanted to waste away and be unproductive on my day off... was hoping to be unproductive while productive in a game...

    I keep refreshing this page... waiting for some kind of confirmation of anyone getting in... but nothing... I would say I'm surprised it's taking this long, but then I remember I'm waiting on SDS servers...

    So... I was quite happy playing this game and not seeing a single freeze-off for the first several months. I thought I might have a chance going this entire year without getting one... until today.

    So is there anything they are doing about this? Even if they can't fix it completely... can we get some sort of live moderation to determine results??? I'm home team, it's bottom of the 7th, I have runners at the corners with 1 out... and I'm already up 6 runs 8-2. He has 6 outs remaining... I mean comebacks are certainly possible... but in this scenario... kinda like a rain out IRL, they'd call it for the team up by 6 after 7 innings of play. But this dude is a clown and won't go away hoping to steal a win. I refuse out of principle. I'm leaving my PS on and going to a bbq... but seriously this is ridiculous that this is still a thing and you run into a child that won't accept defeat.

    And he has messages blocked so I can't attempt to reason with him... even though it's likely it wouldn't make a difference.

    Well... I have an open ticket still from 4/23. However, it was because I paid them $99 which they already took out of my account but never got my 150k stubs... so I guess since they already got my money I'm relegated to low priority?

    Thing is, there is a stub sale now... do I get a pro rated reimbursement? However, I also dont see this getting resolved until the sale is over so I don't know. You'd think they would get to me fast as well. I probably would have made another 150k stubs purchase. But I cannot in good faith do that until I know they resolve the first $99 taken from me without anything in return. So in a sense, my situation does boil down to not being able to buy stubs either.

    I spent $99 on stubs april 20th and never got the stubs added. Got a canned reply from a bot immediately. Then a canned reply about 8 hours later from a live person. Then nothing for about a week until i asked for an update. Two days after i asked for an update, now april 29th, got a response asking me to provide a screen shot of my receipt. It is now May 12th and i finally decided to email again asking for an update.

    $99 out of my account with nothing in return... welp, i feel like ive beem scammed. Turn around time should not be this bad no matter what business you're in. They need to hire some temps or something.

    Update:

    Interestingly enough... I just got an email about 45 min ago asking me to provide a screen shot of the receipt from the transaction... so that's something. Thing is, I felt kinda dirty. These last 9 days I've been grinding away at the game, but being in the dark with the money down the drain just didn't sit right while I was playing... (I mean it's kinda down the drain spending real money on virtual game currency, but that's another conversation).

    Now that I feel like there's some progress, I feel better about playing the game... for now.

    Ya... that's pretty much what I suspect. But even a simple cut and paste reply once in a while when my ticket is unresolved stating "we're still working on your ticket,' please remain patient" would make me feel a lot better about staying patient if I know my ticket hasn't been lost in the ether. Its a bit frustrating just sitting here not knowing... feeling like a teenager who gave somebody $99 for booze and sitting out front for hours not realizing dude left through the back door with your money.

    You'd think dissatisfied customers spreading the word of their dissatisfication to other customers would hurt their bottom line and lose customers and lose stub sales. I usually buy stubs a few times per year, and I'm definitely not considering spending any more money on this game until my issue is resolved.

    Then again, we are just complaining on the internet. SOmetimes its hard to discern from trolls/troublemakers from people with legitimate complaints.

    I submitted a support ticket on 4/20 because I paid $99 for 150k stubs... the $99 is definitely gone, but the stubs have never been deposited to my account. I'm trying to get an idea of how long it will be until I get this resolved. From the sounds of things... it is going to be a while. This is frustrating. Even a simple, "we're still working on your claim, please remain patient" follow up would make me feel a lot better, and I would remain patient. But I have not heard anything since a simple "we've sent this to the team" the same day I submitted the ticket.

    Does anybody have any idea what the response time is on a support ticket right now? I have pending ticket submitted on 4/20 in which I got the canned response and then a live response a few hours later simply saying it was forwarded to the team... and nothing since then. I replied once more a couple days ago asking for a status update and I have heard nothing. This is ridiculous, at minimum if they are this far behind in dealing with support tickets most legit companies would at least follow up within a reasonable window and say they are still working on it, just to let you know your claim hasn't be lost in the ether... but I haven't heard jack for over 9 days now and it is making me nervous. I love this game... but if they essentially steal $99 from me without me getting anything in return I am going to have a serious dilemma and can't bring myself to support something that does not offer customer support with their screw ups.

    I could try doing a refund request through PSN store, but I get the feeling they're just going to refer me right on back to the devs here and I will remain in the dark for who knows how long.

    Really makes you not wanna play amymore. How is it I never get successful bunts just to move a runner over (you know, how it's supposed to be done) yet opponent scores 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th off 3 bunt hits with guys like Juan Soto. Dude had no confidence swinging the bat. Generally means I shoulda locked down the save. Nope! Lets just press triangle and trot around to the bases and nothing I can do about it. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Ok I'm done ranting.

    Use him. I mean not much reason to sell for stubs at this point unless there's a specific high priced card you're trying to get. I think Walter is fun to use though
