It probably isn't. I have the same issue since April 17, and I'm an international customer. Tried 3 different providers, wired and wireless connection, but the game doesn't let me play any online mode, while other games on both PC and XBox have no such an issue.

Yep, I have the same on the same console. It sucks, you spend 1,5 hours to create more or less realistic face with scan, only to lose it all after game freezes.

The screen is literally telling you to hold a button to advance.
