Mini seasons stuck on awards page

I finished my season as a 4 seed and after i finished my final game it brought me to the awards page and it’s now stuck and when I try to hold A (or X for playstation) to skip it keeps going around in the circle. Can anyone help?

Back out and go back in. Or close the app and restart. A good reboot works wonders sometimes.

You hold the x button to advance. There’s nothing to fix, the instructions are on the screen

The screen is literally telling you to hold a button to advance.

You literally hold the button and nothing happens. Game is stuck on awards screen.

Do you have a Bluetooth headset? If so, turn it off as well as your controller, and then turn your controller back on first and it should work.
