the millionaire packs are better at this point in the season than a standard pack...Id rather have that 3k stubs than a pack with about 145 stubs worth of dupes.....I don't need it now, but I miss the Ballin is out of control packs

I don't mind online, I play some but im about average. I normally just prefer grinding for the programs against the CPU. It's way less stressful and I don't have to worry about a poor connection to opponent or cheesers. I mean the CPU defenses can be like Spiderman sometimes but overall, it's just more enjoyable to me. I also can play short games (conquest) and just relax and watch a game on tv at the same time.

@NOWLTZKI_MLBTS no matter how long it takes, The only content has been TA and Weekly awards/topps now....where are the other programs like they had earlier in the year? Like a OOP madness program, or more Hall of Fame programs and the always loved "Extreme" programs. (I say that mildly tongue in cheek....those moments suck lol)

just saw they have a few programs this week....but none the last several unfortunately

yeah that's exactly what im saying.....did you play baseball? I don't want it to be a simulation, prefer it to lean to Arcade but I can't tell you how many times I hit the [censored] out a ball right to the LF or SS....always gave me the "Really? Smirk"....or the times I hit it off the end of the bat for a single in the 6 hole, which included a "WTF, Ok?" grin on my face.....but the pitcher had the opposite look on each instance. Thus saying, it has to be a little balanced, although PP swings should be hits most of the time.

The problem I think, is that we remember the ones that were outs, and not the ones that were hits.

I haven't bought stubs since launch....there is no point. My guess is less people are buying them, even though some of the better cards are gated by packs, you can still be competitive with the free ones or ones you get from an occasional free store pack (conquest, collections etc)

Maybe it will make them rethink the pack strategy, in the past I feel people bought stubs to complete live series (not as urgent this year since AL/NL cards weren't amazing) or buying cards from BR or RS. I haven't seen any card I desperately wanted enough to buy stubs. All the players I wanted are in the Boss packs (personal pref for 90's, 00's players and HOF)

what could they do? Only thing I can think of is if someone repeatedly presses bunt after a few presses it lowers the batters contact and power......but coding may cause that on people just fake bunting in situations.

Surround your own, then Fill in as many as you can in the "Dakotas, Wyoming Montana" area take the reds and then the one that was Seattle as the other guys said. Leave 3-5 in your home base, then run down the west coast as they said. I don't fill in the whole map after I get to a certain point and just attack in a straight line to each stronghold, then fill it what I lack at the end.....it's boring then, but I find it easiest way to do it

why? a perfect perfect hit means he hit it on the screws, good wood, right on the sweet spot......a 109 exit veto right to the SS should be PP, because it was.....PP doesn't mean hit, it means where the ball hit the bat in perfect timing., unfortunately sometimes that's an out....You only remember the ones that were outs, most PP are hits.

also by your logic all bad swings should be outs. but that wouldn't mimic baseball at all. I want the game to lean more to arcade than simulation but Texas Leaguers should still exist (and yes both PP and Texas leaguers , seeing eye singles etc are just as frustrating in the game as real life.......but they should exist)

Plot twist, entering into a game its a 50/50 chance the player reverts to their original position and you can't remove them from the game lolol....how frustrating would that be

depends on what you're drinking. 4 Miller lights and you're good (normally about the 8th that gets you), 4 Jack and cokes and you are toast.....4 seltzers and you are on the edge of being toast and anything past all star you are screwed lol. Im speaking from experience

definitely a controller issue, Mine used to do it, got a new one and now it is fine. I noticed it more on COD than The Show, but it definitely would [censored] at times. (causing lots of frustration)

maybe the completion is a 99...,I like the Mantle idea, but Hank Aaron would be good too

that one sucked, I kept hitting PP doubles into the deep part in right center (Triangle of death?) after about 35 minutes I cranked one into McCovey Cove and then on my last at bat hit a late swing outside pitch that I thought was a fly out, and it crept over the wall in LF lol

I miss the Yeti's, it was fun playing them at Polo Grounds and getting Inside the parkers over and over lol, I didn't even care about the XP, it was just pure fun lol

the mccovey moment took me the longest, the rest took one or a few tries. No problems with any of them. And the "glitched Jordan moment", I finished it in 3 at bats with 2 bombs don't see any issue there

I mean there are parks with awful batters eye and combine that with day games/shadows it's dang near impossible to hit.... and ive never seen any issue with jerseys....although at some point some shifts caused certain pitchers to throw in line with a fielder and that was a terrible experience.

they should have a "Double PXP" captain where the only bonus is Double PXP, would incentivize more time played with certain cards. Not double season pass xp, just PXP.
